Baggoapp Terms and Conditions — Fully in English

1 General Terms & Applicability

By using the Baggoapp.vu website and its mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Baggoapp and its members.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. Baggoapp reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and registered members will be notified by email of any changes.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Baggoapp:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Government-issued ID may be required for age verification.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Baggoapp reserves the right to reject any registration application for any reason.

After registration, you may be asked to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on Baggoapp:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal.
• Baggoapp reserves the right to request additional verification for any unusual transactions.
• Mobile banking payouts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baggoapp offers welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses from time to time. General terms applicable to these bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 5x to 40x).
• Bonuses or winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each member may claim a bonus only once.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Baggoapp reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal.

5 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All games on Baggoapp are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game result is entirely random and not predetermined.

• If a technical issue or irregularity affects a game result, Baggoapp reserves the right to void or replay the game.
• Any new bets placed after odds or payout rates are updated in a game will be calculated at the new rates.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• The terms and conditions of game providers connected to Baggoapp may also apply.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baggoapp. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system solely to extract bonus value without genuine play (Bonus Abuse).
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to the system.
• Using Baggoapp for money laundering or any unlawful transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Attempting to play using automated bots or software.
• Using Baggoapp's brand or logo without authorization.

7 Responsible Gaming

Baggoapp believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to the well-being of our members.

• Any member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time.
• Using the Self-Exclusion option, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.
• If signs of gaming addiction are detected, the Baggoapp support team will provide assistance.
• Baggoapp does not encourage excessive gaming.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with our policy.

10 Terms Changes & Applicability

Baggoapp reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• The 'Last Updated' date on the website will be revised.
• Continued use of the service after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
